Our service seamlessly integrates Less Than Truckload (LTL) and final mile agents, providing an end-to-end solution for efficient and reliable delivery. For high-volume batches, we consolidate shipments to specific distribution hubs for final mile distribution, reducing costs and enhancing service quality. This results in a superior consumer experience, making deliveries more efficient and cost-effective.

With accu-Final Mile, tracking is end-to-end, from the LTL carrier through the final mile agent and right to the consumer. Additionally, Proofs of Delivery (PODs) are available for both parts of the shipment—LTL and final mile—ensuring complete visibility throughout the entire delivery process.

Service Levels:

WG/Final Mile Delivery: Combines LTL and final mile agents in a single quote, with automated notifications and tracking for a seamless delivery experience.
WG Final Mile Only: Focuses solely on final mile delivery to the consignee, ideal when there is no LTL component involved.
WG Pickups: Manages reverse logistics, where the agent picks up items from the shipper for LTL transport or field destruction, ensuring smooth and efficient handling.
WG Pickup Only: Provides pickup quotes for agents to retrieve and package products, with external LTL pickup arranged if necessary.

Final Mile Service Levels:

Curbside Delivery – No Appointment: Includes 15 minutes on-site, liftgate service, and single-man delivery.
Curbside Delivery – With Appointment: Includes 15 minutes on-site, appointment scheduling, liftgate service, and single-man delivery.
Through The Threshold: Includes 15 minutes on-site, delivery to the first dry door, with no assembly or debris removal.
1 Man Threshold: Single-man delivery to the first dry area of the building (e.g., front door or garage). Signature and photo are required. (Anything over 150 lbs will need to be quoted as a two-man threshold delivery.)
1 Man Threshold No Appt/Sign: Single-man delivery to the first dry area of the building without appointment or signature (For items over 150 lbs, a two-man threshold delivery is required).
1 Man Curbside: Delivery to the curb, with no appointment or signature required—just a photo of the delivery. (Items over 150 lbs will require a two-man threshold delivery.)
Room of Choice: Includes 15 minutes on-site with inside delivery to the room of choice, but no unpacking, assembly, or debris removal.
Room of Choice w/Unpack and Debris Removal: Includes 20 minutes on-site with inside delivery to the room of choice, unpacking, and debris removal.
White Glove w/Light Assembly: Includes 30 minutes on-site, inside delivery to the room of choice, unpacking, minor assembly (15 minutes or less requiring only basic tools), and debris removal.
